Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only within 24 hours of the original purchase time. After 24 hours have passed, orders are automatically processed and prepared for shipment, making them ineligible for cancellation or refund.
Order Processing
Due to the high volume of orders and the customized/handmade nature of many of our products, all orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once processing has started, we are unable to stop, modify, or cancel the order.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Requests made after 24 hours from purchase
- Orders already processed or shipped
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so our support team can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
